Get a phone call when production goes down

Urgent checks call the on-call person on the roster and read the alert out loud. Everyone else gets chat or email. SMS is coming soon.

How credits work

Each call uses 1 credit. Paid plans include credits each month: 50 on Pro, 250 on Team and 600 on Business. They reset on the 1st of each month. Need more? Buy packs of 100 credits for $10 in Billing on any paid plan. Credits you buy roll over until you use them, and we only use them after the month’s included credits run out. Free plans don’t include calls.
