Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains what happens when you cancel a paid Pingstack subscription operated by Atomic Van, LLC (“Atomic Van,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. We don’t offer refunds
Subscription fees, including monthly and annual plans, are nonrefundable, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. This includes partial billing periods and unused time.
2. You keep your plan until the period ends
You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing, and your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. You won’t be charged again after that.
3. Billing errors
If you think you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled, contact us and we’ll look into it and correct any error.
4. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to future billing periods, and we’ll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
